NOTE: Orders can be collected direct from NASCENT Skin and Beauty Clinic FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGE – when placing your order and you wish to pick the item up from our Ettalong Beach Clinic – select Free Local Pickup on the payment page. Our staff will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time for your pick up.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
  • To ensure secure delivery of your parcel, a signature will be required upon delivery or pick up at your local post office if you are not home. (During COVID 19 Australia Post will elect to photograph the item and delivery point to provide contactless delivery in place of requiring a signature)
  • Our postal service delivers weekdays between 9am – 5pm.
  • Orders placed BEFORE 11AM will be dispatched same business day if items are in stock.
  • Orders placed AFTER 11AM will be dispatched the next business day if items are in stock.
  • Out of stock items will be sent Express when eligible (any order over $150) when they become available.
  • If any items in your order are out of stock, you will be notified and an expected ETA will be given to you via email within 24 business hours.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year, except Public Holidays.
  • Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box, Parcel Locker and business addresses Australia wide.

Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page by approximately 9pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on the day of your orders dispatch Mon – Fri. During times of extra demand or promotional periods, tracking numbers may not be updated until the following business day. All order placed on the weekend or public holiday will have updates given on the next business day by 7pm.

If you are not home to sign at the time of delivery, your parcel will be returned to post office for you to pick up. If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. A reshipment fee of $16.95 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick up by you from the Post Office. A separate invoice for the fee will be provided.

Any items that are unable to be delivered due to the driver not being able to gain access eg, gated areas, secure office complexes and which are subsequently returned to NASCENT Skin and Beauty Clinic will incur a fee of $16.95 to resend to the correct address. A separate invoice for the fee will be provided.

The following delivery times are an estimate only provided by Australia Post of the average time frame in which you should receive your order. On most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified below.

  • Approx 1 to 3 business days earlier than eParcel (this can  vary depending on area of destination)

Disputed Delivery

If your parcel has been delivered but it has not been delivered to your address you will need to contact Australia Post and lodge a disputed delivery investigation. If they cannot provide you your parcel, Australia Post maybe responsible to reimburse you the cost of your order.

Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as a re-shipment fee of $16.95 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing having been supplied by you when placing your order.

Please Note: If your order is returned due to you having supplied incorrect addressing details or non-collection, and you choose to receive a refund, a return fee of $12 plus the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

As our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. A reshipment fee of $16.95 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick up. Nascent Skin and Beauty Clinic will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.
